Bill is a Partner at Kelso & Company where he focuses on investments in Financial Services and Business Services. In addition to Pathstone, Bill is currently a director of Savant, Wellington-Altus, Eagle Foods, Ferraro Foods, Inovar, and Novvia Group. He is also active in the Firm’s investments in Ascensus and Premia Re. He was a past director of EACOM Timber. He also was active in the Firm’s past investments in Cronos, PowerTeam Services and Third Point Re.

Prior to joining Kelso in 2011, Bill worked in the Investment Banking division of Goldman Sachs. Bill earned a BA in economics from Colgate University, graduating summa cum laude, and MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
