Dan is an Associate Director in Pathstone’s Philadelphia metro area office and serves as the lead of fund operations for the firm’s hedge funds and private equity funds. His primary responsibilities are overseeing the accounting and tax functions of the funds including NAV reviews, audited financial statement preparation, and tax document reviews and collaborates regularly with members of the legal, compliance, fund administration, and research teams. 

Dan has worked in fund operations for over 25 years as an Accounting Manager at PFPC, Inc. and the Chief Operations Officer of the affiliated funds at Veritable, LP. His experience includes mutual funds, hedge funds, fund of funds, and private equity funds. In addition, he has experience in tax preparation, operational due diligence, and regulatory reporting. 

Dan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from Rutgers University. He lives in southern New Jersey and enjoys spending time with his wife, three daughters, and grandchildren. Dan takes regular family vacations to Disney World and the Jersey Shore. He is an avid Phillies and Flyers fan.
