Danielle serves as an Associate Director in the Compliance Department, operating from Naples, Florida. Danielle has been part of the Pathstone team for over 12 years. In her role, she supports compliance efforts related to mergers and acquisitions transactions, plays a key part in evaluating and enhancing firm policies, manages the compliance software platform that supports monitoring and testing of employee conduct and adherence to applicable regulatory requirements across Pathstone, and contributes to annual custody and compliance reviews.

Prior to joining Pathstone, Danielle built a diverse foundation in the financial services industry through her work at several Registered Investment Advisers, where she progressed through various roles including Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Junior Data Analyst, and Client Service Associate.

Danielle earned her BA from Florida Gulf Coast University and has completed the Investment Adviser Core Compliance Program co-sponsored by the National Regulatory Series and the Investment Adviser Association.

A New England native, Danielle now calls Naples, Florida home, where she lives with her husband and three children. She cherishes spending summers in New England and enjoys scrapbooking when time allows, though she’s most often found on the sidelines cheering on her children at their soccer games. An active community member, Danielle serves as a Girl Scout Leader and takes full advantage of living in paradise by enjoying the beautiful sunrises and sunsets Florida has to offer.
