A 25-year tenured member of the commercial interior industry, Erinn is a subject matter expert in workplace strategy, organizational development, change management, and operations. Erinn is passionate about creating meaningful experiences for our team members and clients by developing and implementing creative strategies throughout our facilities. She, and her team, are responsible for Pathstone’s real estate strategy nationwide, firm operations, workplace experience, and internal team engagements.

Before joining Pathstone, Erinn delivered workplace strategy in the Southeast region to Fortune 500 clients as part of Atlanta’s largest commercial real estate brokerage team. Prior to that, she spent 14 years with the nation’s largest commercial furniture manufacturer in a variety of leadership and workplace positions, elevating the organization’s position on human centered design, culture, and employee engagement in the workplace. Additionally, Erinn spent multiple years performing project management in the nation’s capital for many of the executive departments of the U.S. federal government.

Erinn holds an undergraduate degree in Architecture from Roger Williams University and a Master of Arts in Interior Design from Marymount University. She received her certificate from the National Council of Interior Design Qualification in 2013, is an active member of the International Interior Design Association and the Atlanta chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She is currently pursuing a coaching certification through the Co-Active Training Institute.
