Karen is a Director in Capital Markets for Pathstone in the Alexandria, VA office. She is responsible for back-office activities including data management, performance reporting, process improvement, client trades, money movement, new accounts, and transition of assets.

Prior to Pathstone, Karen worked for Dyson Capital Advisors where she oversaw all aspects of investment operations including data management, wire execution, performance reporting, and technology solutions. Before working at Dyson, she worked for Cambridge Associates as a manager in the performance reporting group focusing on data quality control and project management.

Karen graduated from The College of William and Mary in 2013, receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Economics. She lives in Burke, VA with her husband, where she is currently working towards her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
