Mandi Nance is a Director of Personal CFO Services at Pathstone. In this role, she serves as a strategic partner to ultra high net worth individuals and families, delivering financial management and oversight across their personal and family entities. Mandi leads complex client engagements, managing accounting, cash flow, and reporting for multifaceted structures that often include trusts, partnerships, and private investments.

Before joining Pathstone, Mandi held several leadership roles at Rheem Manufacturing Company in Atlanta, most recently serving as Director of Finance for the Global Air Division.

Mandi earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Alabama.
