Susan Kim is an Associate Director in the Advisory Operations group at Pathstone. She oversees a team responsible for client investment and research data operations, reporting, and governance, with a focus on maintaining accurate and timely data for internal use and client deliverables. Her team also plays a key role in developing and implementing data solutions and integration initiatives that support the organization’s strategic needs.

Prior to joining Pathstone, Susan worked as a Senior Manager in the Data Operations group at Hall Capital Partners LLC. She also served as a Project Manager at LendingClub, where she supported key finance‑related initiatives.

Susan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
