Victoria Lauro is the Director of Risk Management at Pathstone. In this role, she focuses on helping clients pursue their preferred life by supporting financial planning needs and assisting with the management of key assets. She has experience in the high‑net‑worth insurance market and applies this knowledge in reviewing and designing personal insurance portfolios. She collaborates with specialists across Pathstone’s departments to manage complex accounts and proactively identify and address coverage gaps. In addition, she serves as a resource for clients, providing guidance in navigating the claims process and advising on effective loss prevention strategies.

Before joining Pathstone, Victoria served as Assistant Vice President within the New Business Development and AYCO teams at HUB International. She conducted comprehensive personal insurance portfolio reviews for high-net-worth families and spearheaded relationships with various wealth management firms. Previously, Victoria spent sixteen years at Owens Group and has specialized in Personal Insurance for nearly 20 years. She began her career as a Life & Health Coordinator at Owens Group and also served as a Senior Office Administrator & Marketing Coordinator.

Victoria holds the Long Term Care Professional (LTCP) designation and is working towards completing the Charterd Private Risk and Insurance Advisor (CPRIA) designation. She earned Bachelor of Business Administration and Spanish degrees from Muhlenberg College.

While Victoria is not working, she enjoys physical fitness and weight training as well as spending quality time with family while traveling, watching her son play soccer and supporting him to achieve his goal of becoming an Eagle scout.
