Gina Lynnle is a Director and shareholder at Pathstone in the Finance department. She leads a team focused on preparing and managing budgets, analyzing financial data, tax reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Prior to joining Pathstone, Gina was the Vice President of Finance at Hall Capital Partners, an Outsourced Chief Investment Office (OCIO) which advised on $45 billion of client assets. Prior to Hall Capital, she worked for Rothstein Kass, a mid-sized accounting firm focused on the hedge fund and private equity space, for over nine years. There, she worked on audits and taxes and provided mentoring to female colleagues. She left the firm, which was later acquired by KPMG, as a Tax Manager.
Gina graduated from California State Hayward with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.
In sixth grade, Gina won the Young Author’s Award for a poem and songbook that she worked on with two other classmates.
