Pathstone is excited to launch the FuturePath Cohort, a virtual peer learning program designed specifically for adult children of financially successful families. This nine-month development journey is set to begin in October 2025, offering a compelling opportunity for participants to grow both personally and professionally.

What Is the FuturePath Cohort?

The FuturePath Cohort is a nine-month program designed to help participants navigate the blessings and burdens of inherited wealth. It combines a learning curriculum with meaningful peer-to-peer dialogue and a little bit of coaching. The goal is to strengthen the skills needed to maximize opportunities and minimize common obstacles associated with such wealth.

Who is this Cohort for?

This fall’s program is designed for those between the ages of 25 and 40 from ultra-high net worth families.

Program Structure

The Cohort will meet in the evening every three weeks via video. The calls are led by trained peer coaches who understand what it’s like to be the rising generation in a family of wealth. Participants will also receive three individual coaching sessions, providing personalized guidance and support throughout their journey.

Benefits for Participants

By joining the FuturePath Cohort, participants can expect to:

  • Develop a stronger sense of self and confidence
  • Enhance their skills and abilities to navigate family complexities
  • Build meaningful relationships with peers who share similar experiences
  • Gain clarity on their contributions to their families and the world
