Build Meaningful Connections with Peers
The Futurepath Cohort is a two-semester virtual program designed for rising generation family members from financially successful families. Through a combination of educational content, peer discussions, and coaching, participants will explore leadership, purpose, family dynamics, and considerations that may accompany family wealth.
Program Structure
The program begins with a virtual kickoff event and continues across two semesters with eleven virtual group sessions and three individual coaching sessions. Participants can expect to dedicate approximately three to four hours per month, including group discussions and related activities.
What Participants May Explore
Throughout the program, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Connect with peers from similar backgrounds and experiences.
- Discuss opportunities and challenges that may accompany being part of a financially successful family.
- Explore personal development goals and areas of interest.
- Consider ways they may contribute to their families, communities, and areas of personal importance.
Topics and Curriculum
The curriculum is organized around four key themes:
- Embracing Your Current Reality
- Increasing Your Confidence
- Navigating Complexities
- Maintaining Resolve
Participants will explore topics including identity, purpose, communication, family governance, resilience, philanthropy, and personal development.
Who Should Register?
The Futurepath Cohort is designed for young adults from successful families who are interested in personal growth, open to learning from peers, and interested in exploring the role their family’s success plays in their lives. Participants do not need to have full transparency into their family’s financial picture or formal leadership responsibilities within a family enterprise.
