Pathstone has been included in Wealth Management’s 2026 RIA Edge 100. This list identifies registered investment advisory firms (RIAs) that have “demonstrated strategic growth while maintaining client service commitments,” according to the website. The list showcases firms that are growing organically in a challenging business environment marked by industry consolidations and rising client expectations.

Methodology: RIA Edge 100 is created by Wealth Management. It is not a ranking, and firms do not apply for inclusion. Among the metrics used to develop the list: 1) Firms were identified as SEC-registered investment advisors specializing in financial planning, serving predominantly high-net-worth clients, and managing at least $500 million in assets. 2) The evaluation used equally weighted metrics, including five-year AUM growth, the ratio of employees to clients, AUM per advisor, and the percentage of employees holding CFP certification. This list was published on February 2, 2006, reflecting publicly available data from 2025.
