Good Morning,
As the circumstances continue to evolve in the global efforts to aggressively manage the spread of COVID-19, we at Pathstone want to do our part. We have spent the past two weeks reviewing, testing, improving, and documenting our disaster recovery and remote work plans to ensure Pathstone can seamlessly continue to operate and serve our clients. These protocols have proven, during previous disruptions like Hurricanes Sandy and Irene, blizzards in Boston and ice storms in Atlanta, our people and systems have been executing appropriately and maintaining the high standards of client care and execution that is the Pathstone way.
In light of the latest guidance from Federal, State and Local authorities, and in response to closures and cancelations of events and gatherings in a coordinated effort of social distancing, in our desire to be good global citizens and contribute to the care and well-being of our team and community, we have instituted a full work from home protocol until March 31st. We believe that supporting efforts to practice diligent social distancing will help curtail the spread of the virus, giving medical staff and facilities important extra time to better prepare to care for those that become most needy.
Our actions, today and always, are in the best interests of our clients, employees, their families, and the community at large. Pathstone recognizes that we play a critical role in supporting our clients on multiple fronts, and we take the role very seriously. You’ve placed your trust in us, and our people are working incredibly hard to deliver on our promise to be there for you during this challenging time. We are extremely proud of the dedication and professionalism our employees have demonstrated.
Our full team is available and at your service, and we have instituted daily planning and review sessions with firm leadership to adjust course as necessary. As we all adjust to this new operating environment, we encourage you to continue to leverage your Pathstone team on absolutely every front. We are here to be the “first call and steady hand” you hired us to be. We are with you and ready to continue to provide the full strength of our company, demonstrating our commitment to serve you – now and in the future.
We will continue to update you as the situation evolves. Thank you for your trust and partnership, and, most importantly, stay safe and be well.
Your Pathstone Team
