Carmen Routon

Carmen is an Associate Director at Pathstone, based in Atlanta. She brings more than a decade of accounting and finance experience, including expertise in ERP implementation and financial systems transformation. Prior to joining Pathstone, Carmen served as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, where she acted as a functional lead for large-scale Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, guiding clients through design, testing, and global deployment. 

Carmen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia State University. 

Outside of work, Carmen enjoys traveling, soaking up the sun, spending time with her two small dogs, and cheering on the Atlanta Braves.
