Jaclyn Shaughnessy

Jaclyn Shaughnessy serves as a Director at Pathstone, based in the Philadelphia Metro – Conshohocken office, having joined the firm through its combination with Mill Creek Capital Advisors LLC in 2026.

In this role, she advises family office clients and high-net-worth individuals on comprehensive wealth management, estate planning, and long-term financial objectives.

Jaclyn oversees all aspects of the client relationship, coordinating financial planning, leading investment and asset allocation discussions, and supporting estate and wealth transfer strategies. She also plays a key role in onboarding new clients and maintaining an ongoing commitment to service and communication.

With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jaclyn brings extensive experience across ultra-high-net-worth client service, family office support, and qualified retirement plans. She partners closely with clients to help navigate complex financial situations, delivering thoughtful, customized strategies aligned with their evolving goals.

Jaclyn earned a BA in Communications from West Chester University and holds the Series 65 license.

Outside of work, Jaclyn enjoys spending time with her family and her two children, staying active, and making the most of their time together.
