Jennifer Sugalski

Jennifer Sugalski serves as a Director at Pathstone, based in the Philadelphia Metro – Conshohocken office, having joined the firm through its combination with Mill Creek Capital Advisors LLC in 2026. In this role, she partners closely with advisors and investment teams to help facilitate the efficient implementation of client investment strategies. She is responsible for trade execution across client portfolios and supporting the operational processes that help ensure investment decisions are carried out accurately and efficiently. Her work helps create a seamless experience for advisors and clients while supporting the day-to-day management of portfolios.

Jennifer brings extensive experience in trading, portfolio implementation, and investment operations within the wealth management industry. Throughout her career, she has held positions focused on trade execution, portfolio management support, broker relationships, and operational oversight. She has worked closely with investment professionals to rebalance portfolios and implement investment strategies across a broad range of client situations.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Gwynedd Mercy University.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time outdoors, whether exploring hiking trails with her husband, son, and their dogs or enjoying a day at the beach. She values community involvement and spending quality time with her family and friends.
