John Scuteri is the Regional Executive Managing Director of the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, responsible for leading Pathstone’s Philadelphia Metro business. He is a member of Pathstone’s Regional Leadership Team and Investment Oversight Committees.

With 35 years of experience in the wealth management industry, John previously served as co-CEO and Chief Operating Officer of Veritable, where he maintained direct responsibility for the firm’s client-facing investment teams and a variety of its department heads. He served on Veritable’s Executive Committee and chaired the firm’s Operating Committee.

After beginning his career in Goldman Sachs’ Private Client group and as National Sales Manager for Goldman Sachs Asset Management, John held leadership positions at Hirtle Callaghan, Bear Stearns, and U.S. Trust prior to joining Veritable in 2004.

John is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy. Following five years of active duty service as a Navy Officer, he earned an MBA from Cornell University. Raised in Brooklyn and Long Island, NY, John and his wife, Linda, have three adult children and reside in Chester County, PA, outside of Philadelphia.
