As the Director of Talent, Katie leads two strategic pillars of the people strategy: Firm-Wide Learning & Development and Talent Management. This role drives initiatives that equip individuals with the skills, mindsets, and pathways needed to thrive in a dynamic environment, helping ensure the talent strategy scales with intention, relevance, and impact.
Prior to joining Pathstone, Katie held senior Talent Management roles at Calderys (HarbisonWalker International), Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, and Westinghouse Electric Company, where she developed and executed talent strategies, redesigned performance management programs, and facilitated leadership development across multiple levels.
Katie holds an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and a B.A. in Psychology with a Business minor from Penn State. She is a certified instructor for Development Dimensions International, Harrison Assessments, Inside Out Coaching, Crucial Conversations, DiSC, MBTI, and is passionate about building inclusive cultures, mentoring, and driving business results through people-focused solutions.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, two boys, and their energetic dog. She loves traveling, especially to London, reading all the books she can get her hands on, and a good meal with family and friends.
