Katie serves as Director of Compensation at Pathstone, based in the Boston office.

She brings nearly a decade of experience in compensation strategy within the asset management industry. Before joining Pathstone, Katie worked as AVP and Senior Compensation Consultant at MFS Investment Management, where she managed global compensation programs, oversaw merit and incentive budgeting, and partnered with senior leaders on strategy, market analysis, and job architecture initiatives. 

Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management Studies with a minor in Business from Gettysburg College. 

Outside the office, Katie enjoys nature walks with her chocolate lab, Fudge, and cherishes time with her young daughter.
