Laura Andron is a Managing Director and shareholder on the Private Equity team at Pathstone, based in the San Francisco Office.

Prior to joining Pathstone, Laura was a Managing Director on the Private Equity and Venture Capital team at Hall Capital Partners LLC, an Outsourced Chief Investment Office (OCIO) which advised on $45 billion of client assets. She also served on the firm’s Investment Review Committee. Before joining Hall Capital Partners in 2012, she worked at Horsley Bridge Partners, a private equity fund of funds. There, she focused on venture, growth, and buyout investments, working in the firm’s San Francisco, London, and Beijing offices. Laura started her career at Duff & Phelps.

Laura graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Business Administration and also earned an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.

In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time with family, attempting to keep up with her three boys. She also enjoys running, long walks with friends, college football (Go Bears!), and anything on a lake.
