Laura Gray is the Chief of Staff for Pathstone. Laura leads the Center for Innovation (CFI), the Integration / Project Management division assisting with firm projects and initiatives.

While with Cornerstone Advisors, Laura was a member of the Women’s Resource Group, Portfolio Management Team (PMT), and leader of the Strategic Execution Team (SET). Prior to joining Pathstone, Laura spent four years at the Carlyle Group as a fund assistant under Fund Administration – U.S. Buyout. She also spent two years working for U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell (D-WA).

A graduate of Central Washington University, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in Economics. Laura also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP®) designation, completing the certification program administered by the University of Washington.

Laura enjoys entertaining family and friends, board/card games, baking, traveling (by plane, train, and automobile) and considers the outdoors to be a patio, rooftop, or deck.
