Laura Gray serves as Chief of Staff, Platforms & Technology at Pathstone, where she helps drive strategic execution, innovation, and transformation initiatives across the firm. In partnership with executive leadership, she leads the Center for Innovation (CFI), working to foster a culture of ongoing improvement while advancing initiatives that enhance the Pathlete and client experience.
Laura oversees a portfolio of enterprise-wide initiatives focused on operational excellence, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, workflow modernization, and technology enablement. She works across departments to help to align strategic priorities, accelerate execution, and bring innovative ideas from concept to implementation. Through the Center for Innovation, she champions collaboration, process improvement, and responsible adoption of emerging technologies to help Pathstone operate more efficiently and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
Prior to joining Pathstone, Laura spent four years with The Carlyle Group supporting U.S. Buyout Fund Administration and two years serving in the office of U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell (D-WA).
Laura earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Central Washington University and holds the Project Management Professional (PMP®) designation.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys traveling, entertaining family and friends, board games, baking, and convincing herself that sitting on a patio or rooftop counts as an outdoor adventure.
