Michael Gordon

Michael Gordon serves as Director at Pathstone, based in the Philadelphia Metro – Conshohocken office, having joined the firm through its combination with Mill Creek Capital Advisors LLC in 2026.

In this role, he partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and enable innovation. Michael leads cross-functional programs focused on implementing scalable solutions, optimizing processes, and advancing enterprise capabilities. By aligning teams around shared objectives, he helps accelerate the delivery of firm-wide initiatives and improve overall organizational performance.

Michael brings more than two decades of experience in investment services, project management, and technology delivery within the wealth and asset management industry. He has held senior leadership roles across consulting and platform organizations, including Solutions Director and PMO Director positions, where he built and led teams responsible for large-scale client implementations and strategic transformation initiatives. Throughout his career, he has led complex middle-office conversions, developed data and reporting integrations, and advanced digital and operational improvement initiatives across global platforms. Michael bridges business and technology and supports execution in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Michael earned a BA in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh and holds the Project Management Professional (PMP®) designation.
