Paul Ciccarelli

Paul Ciccarelli serves as a Director at Pathstone, based in the Philadelphia Metro – Conshohocken office, having joined the firm through its combination with Mill Creek Capital Advisors LLC in 2026.

In this role, Paul oversees the day-to-day processing of account activity and supports the operational infrastructure that helps enable efficient client service delivery. Working closely with advisors, custodians, and internal teams, he helps ensure the accurate and timely execution of transactions while maintaining strong operational standards across the firm.

Paul brings extensive experience in investment operations and trust administration. Prior to joining the firm, Paul held leadership roles in operations management and trust services, where he was responsible for overseeing account administration, transaction processing, and client servicing functions. Throughout his career, he has gained experience in operational oversight, process improvement, and helping to deliver timely service to clients and colleagues.

Paul earned both an M.B.A. and a B.S. from Widener University.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with family and friends and remains engaged in his local community.
