The Austin Business Journal’s 30th annual Women in Business Awards ceremony took place Tuesday, August 27th.

Methodology:
The Austin business Journal’s list of 2024 Women in Business seeks to recognize women with “specific emphasis on career advancement, present company success, business leadership and community involvement. Distinctions should include community involvement balanced with business and personal success. Categories of questions include career growth, leadership & mentorship, and volunteering & community engagement.” Eligibility starts with a nomination, and nominees must have a physical presence in Bastrop, Burnet, Caldwell, Hays, Travis, or Williamson counties. The Women in Business finalists will be selected by a panel of Central Texas industry experts and Women in Business alumna. Judges will select up to 10 outstanding candidates of any age who will be named the 2024 Women in Business winners. There are no industry categories for this program – all nominees are placed within the same judging pool. Inclusion in the Austin Business Journal’s list of 2024 Women in Business should not be construed as an endorsement of the advisor’s investment acumen or a recommendation to retain advisor for professional services by any mentioned organizations or clients.
