Chris is co-CEO and co-head of Financial Services at Kelso & Company. He is currently a director of American Beacon, Augusta Sportswear, J.S. Held, Pathstone, Premia Re, ReSource Pro, Risk Strategies, Savant, Somers Re and WilliamsMarston. Past directorships include Cronos, Harbor Community Bank, Newport Group, Oasis Outsourcing, Oceana Therapeutics, PSAV, Third Point Re, and Wilton Re. He also was active in the Firm’s past investments, including Eagle Bulk Shipping, Overwatch Systems and Sandler O’Neill + Partners.
Chris joined Kelso in 2001. He spent the preceding two years attending business school and the previous three years as an Analyst at Stonington Partners. Chris received an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2001 and received a B.A. in English from Duke University in 1996. He is currently a Trustee of the Brunswick School in Greenwich and a member of the Board of Trustees of Greenwich Youth Lacrosse. Chris also serves on the Investment Committee of Sacred Heart Greenwich’s Board of Trustees.
