Dave is a shareholder of Pathstone and Managing Director in the Philadelphia Metro Area Office. He is also a member of Pathstone’s Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Pathstone, Dave served as Chief Investment Officer for Veritable, LP and was a member of the firm’s Executive and Operating Committees. As chair of the firm’s investment committee, he sat at the intersection of the firm’s portfolio advisory, research, and operations teams to coordinate investment activities for the firm’s 220 clients and $17+ billion in assets. He also had direct portfolio management responsibilities for several clients. 

Dave graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Management and Technology Program, with a BS in Economics with a concentration in Finance from The Wharton School, and a BAS with a concentration in Systems Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Science.   He and his wife live in West Chester, PA, and have two adult daughters. 

A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) is a professional designation given to investment professionals who have successfully completed the requirements set by the globally recognized CFA Institute. Candidates are required to pass three levels of exams covering areas such as accounting, economics, ethics, money management, and security analysis.
