Kelly Maregni is the President of Pathstone which serves families, family offices, and endowments and foundations. Kelly is the strategic leader and visionary of the Advisory practice, which includes Investment Advisory, Research, Tax, Accounting, Wealth Planning, and the Regional Leadership Teams. Kelly is a shareholder, a voting member of the firm’s Investment Oversight Committee, and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Prior to her role as President, she served as the Chief Advisory Officer at Pathstone.
Kelly has over 20 years of experience creating innovative solutions and platforms to advise multi-generational families, family offices, institutions, and not-for-profit organizations. She has founded multiple programs and has been a visionary champion of major initiatives of Pathstone, including HerPath, designed to enable women to be better informed and equipped to make financial decisions with confidence; FuturePath, created to educate the rising generation and strengthen the firm’s generational promise; Path2Succeed, an internal program committed to supporting the successful career growth of employees through professional development, to name a few.
Earlier in Kelly’s career, she worked with endowments and foundations at Mellon Private Wealth, focusing on private secondary schools, hospitals, national non-profit organizations, and family foundations. She began her career in financial services at the private equity firm Acon Investments. Kelly earned her bachelor’s degree from James Madison University.
The Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) is a designation awarded to individuals who successfully complete the CFP Board’s initial exams, then continue ongoing annual education programs to sustain their skills and certification. The focus areas include financial planning, taxes, insurance, estate planning, and retirement saving.
