Kim is a Director in Pathstone’s Philadelphia metro area office and a member of Pathstone’s Wealth Planning Group. She then went into the non-profit sector before specializing in representing individuals in estate and legacy planning and trust and estate administration.
Kim received her J.D., cum laude, and her LL.M. in Taxation, both from New York University School of Law, and her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. She also has received the designation of Accredited Estate Planner (AEP®).
Kim sits on the board of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council and she serves as Co-Chair of the Emotional and Psychological Issues in Estate Planning Committee of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section of the American Bar Association. Kim also serves on her local election board. Kim has authored articles and spoken locally and nationally on various estate planning, charitable planning, and trust and estate administration topics.
Kim lives in the western suburbs of Philadelphia with her husband and daughter (along with their two dogs and cat). She enjoys spending time with her family, being involved in the community, playing tennis, skiing, and traveling.
