Kimberly Oldham is an Associate Director in the Center for Innovation (CFI) based in Pathstone’s Winter Park, FL office. The Innovation/Project Management division assists the firm with projects and initiatives.
Prior to joining Pathstone, Kimberly spent 28 years with Charles Schwab. During her tenure at Schwab she worked in the Retail and Advisory areas in transfer of accounts, money movements, quality assurance, learning and development and business analysis (project management) roles. She held leadership roles within money movements, quality assurance, learning and development and business analysis (project management) roles.
A graduate of Purdue University, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She is currently pursuing her master’s at the University of Louisville in Human Resources and Organizational Development (HROD). Kimberly is currently a member of Project Management Institute (PMI®), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and Association for Talent Development (ATD).
She is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach. In her spare time Kimberly enjoys being with her two sons, family, friends and her two dogs. She enjoys traveling to experience unfamiliar places, cultures, and cuisines.
