As the Director of Advisory Integration in Pathstone’s Boston office, Lauren leads the efforts to assimilate employees into Pathstone’s culture through training and education. In 2020, Lauren co-created the Advisory Training program for new hires and refresher courses, providing advisors with growth and mentorship opportunities. Lauren is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with her teammates, helping them achieve success as they grow into their careers at Pathstone.
Lauren directly advises several high net-worth multi-generational families, specifically partnering with the next generation of clients, working through a range of financial planning and investment-related topics. She is a founding member of the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Council.
Lauren joined Pathstone from Federal Street Advisors (acquired by Pathstone in 2016), where she served on the Advisory team since 2013. Prior to that, she spent six years with Pegaesus Advisors (acquired by Carson Wealth in 2020), where she was responsible for crafting customized financial plans tailored to meet clients’ unique goals and objectives.
In 2021, through her work with the Boston Estate Planning Council (BEPC), Lauren helped found a Financial Literacy Program for women inmates at Suffolk House of Corrections, designed to empower women to be better equipped to make sound financial decisions upon their release. Lauren currently serves as the Chair (previously served as Co-Chair and Vice-Chair) of the Community Engagement Committee (through BEPC), where she leads advocacy initiatives for a rotating set of three non-profits in the Greater Boston area.
Lauren is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts – Boston, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Social Psychology and Philosophy of Law and a minor in Political Science. She is a Certified Financial Planner TM professional.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time traveling with her husband and taking their Australian Shepherd puppy for hikes. She is a foodie who is always in search of the next new restaurant to share with friends and family.
