Matthew Fleissig is a co-founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer of Pathstone, a comprehensive investment and wealth advisory firm serving ultra-wealthy families, family offices, and institutions. Since co-founding the firm, Matt has helped build Pathstone into a multifaceted service provider offering integrated advice, institutional investment capabilities, and a client-first culture. He is responsible for setting the firm’s strategic vision, accelerating innovation, and driving long-term growth. Matt is a shareholder, a member of the Executive Leadership Team, and serves on the Board of Managers. Prior to his role as CEO, he served as President of Pathstone Family Office.

Earlier in his career, Matt was a Principal at Harris myCFO Investment Advisory, where he advised ultra-high-net-worth individuals and multigenerational families on sophisticated investment strategies, complex tax matters, estate planning structures, and wealth transfer strategies. He also served on Harris Bank’s Outside Advisor Review Committee and Investment Management Committee. Prior to Harris myCFO, Matt was a Financial Planner at The Ayco Company, A Goldman Sachs Company, where he provided comprehensive financial counseling to Fortune 500 executives and high-net-worth individuals.

Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA, and an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ. While at Fairleigh Dickinson University, he was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, the international honor society for AACSB-accredited business schools. Matt is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), one of the world’s premier leadership organizations for chief executives.
