Mike is a Managing Director in Client Advisory for Pathstone in the Providence, RI office. He has over 25 years of wealth management and advisory experience. He interacts with clients helping them with their investment, estate planning, and financing needs and providing strategic advice on a variety of topics. Mike is a shareholder of Pathstone.

Prior to Pathstone, Mike joined Rex Capital Advisors in 2007 and helped grow the firm into a successful multi-family office. Mike supported clients with their investment advisory, wealth transfer, financing, and risk management needs by helping clients identify necessary changes across their financial profile and then implementing the required changes. Mike also managed numerous “one-off” projects at the request of RCA’s clients. During his time at RCA, Mike served as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operating Officer and was responsible for managing compliance matters, human resources, and technology systems to support the firm’s growth.

Prior to RCA, Mike co-founded Health Business Partners in 1997 and built the firm into a successful M&A advisory firm serving the $100 billion+ health & wellness industry.

Mike received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Harvard College and an MBA from Stanford Business School. Mike and his wife Carolyn have four children and live in Providence, RI.
