Brittan duBose serves as Chief People Officer at Pathstone, where she leads the firm’s people strategy to empower talent and drive business growth. She is a shareholder and a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Brittan brings more than two decades of experience as a Human Resources executive within global Fortune 100 organizations. Prior to joining Pathstone, Brittan served as Head of Human Resources Consulting at MassMutual, supporting leaders and employees across advisory, sales, insurance, operations, and enterprise support functions. Her work focused on aligning talent strategy with business priorities, enhancing employee engagement, and guiding large-scale transformation. Before MassMutual, Brittan spent 14 years at Bank of America in a range of HR roles during a period of significant M&A activity and regulatory change. Earlier in her career, Brittan served as a U.S. Army Officer, stationed across the U.S., Asia, and Europe, where she gained early leadership experience in high-stakes environments.

Brittan holds a BA from Smith College and an MA from the University of Oklahoma.

Based in Pathstone’s Boston office, Brittan lives on the South Shore with her family and actively supports military, education, and community initiatives.
