Kristen Josephs is a Managing Director and a shareholder at Pathstone. Kristen acts as a strategic investment advisor to multigenerational families and charitable endowments.

Prior to joining Pathstone, Kristen was a Principal in the Portfolio Management Group at Hall Capital Partners LLC, an Outsourced Chief Investment Office (OCIO) which advised on $45 billion of client assets. Kristen began her career at Hall Capital in 2011 as an Analyst in the firm’s Portfolio Management practice.

Kristen graduated from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance. She also earned an MBA from Columbia Business School. Kristen serves on the Investment Committee for Friends of HoLa and volunteers with her local church.

Kristen, a native of Pennington, NJ, and her husband, Brian, have three children and enjoy spending their free time playing sports, taste‑testing ice cream (Kristen’s family owned Cream King on Route 31 in Pennington for 16 years!), and exploring down the shore.
