Rebecca serves as an Independent Director on Willow Street Nevada’s board. She is General Counsel of a single family office and manages a private trust company based in Reno, Nevada.

She also serves on the boards of private trust companies and private foundations. Previously, Rebecca was a partner at a boutique law firm in Silicon Valley, where her practice focused on tax and estate planning for ultra-high net worth individuals and families. She also advised trustees, corporate fiduciaries, and beneficiaries on all aspects of trust administration and represented clients in probate court in both probate and trust administration matters. 

Rebecca earned her JD from the University of California, Berkeley, and her BA, cum laude, from Northwestern University. She is licensed to practice law in California and Nevada.
